Gyro Tzatziki Sauce |
Here in Detroit we have some awesome Coney restaurants. And in addition to the best Coney’s on the planet, they also have some awesome Greek food.
I’ve seen Tzatziki Sauce (the sauce that goes on Gyro sandwiches) recipes that use yogurt and lemon juice…various different ingredients. I’m not sure what is actually traditional, but here in Detroit THIS is the way they make Tzatziki sauce! This is spot on to any Detroit Coney! Enjoy!
