Cream Soup Mix |
Say good-bye to canned cream soups forever! You can substitute this mix in any recipe that calls for cream soup!
This mix makes the equivalent of 6 cans of soup.
Cream Soup Mix
Ingredients
1 cup powdered milk
¾ cup cornstarch
¼ cup instant chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
To use:
For the equivalent of 1 can of soup, combine 1/3 cup of mix and 1 ¼ cups of water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

I love this idea! I'm gluten free and stay away from canned soup.
