Potsticker Soup |
This recipe is similar to Pei Wei’s Thai Wonton Soup, but much easier with the use of potstickers!
It is super easy to make and is perfect for when you are short on time; it is ready to eat in less than 15 minutes!
This recipe will make 1 bowl-sized serving, or 2 cup-sized servings.
Potsticker Soup
Ingredients
½ Tablespoon cooking oil (canola or vegetable)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
¼ cup of onion, chopped
3 cups chicken stock
2 teaspoons soy sauce
6 frozen potstickers (any kind, I use pork)
1 cup loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves
Directions
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft and translucent.
2. Add chicken stock and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
3. Add frozen potstickers. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add spinach and serve!

Potsticker Soup
This sounds really easy and delicious although I will admit I have no idea what a potsticker is lol.
ReplyDeleteAlso thank you for linking up with my NO RULES Weekend Blog Party last week...hope to see you again :))
Thanks Paula! A potsticker is like a Chinese dumpling. You can find them in the freezer section of the grocery store. :)
