Hawaiian Chicken |
This is an easy dinner that everyone loves! I usually serve it with rice and steamed broccoli.
Ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 pieces
1 Tablespoon cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
1 8 oz. can pineapple, crushed or chunks, undrained
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook, about 5 minutes on each side, until done.
2. Reduce heat to low. Combine remaining ingredients; add to skillet. Cook until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
